Socialise

Come on! get out there

and socialise

that’s the reason you are

feeling marginalised.

Put on a happy face

and jump right in

you’ll feel better

once you begin again.

Sounds easy

but unfortunately,

it’s not the cure,

you don’t understand

because you feel secure.

Not everyone can live

their life off a script

especially when anxiety

has you whipped.
